- Message Types & Purpose: SMS notifications are sent strictly for rental application status updates, requests for missing documentation, residential lease signing links, move-in instructions, scheduled maintenance notices, emergency property alerts, and direct responses to tenant customer service inquiries.
- Voluntary & Optional Opt-In: SMS consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of submitting a rental application or entering into a residential lease.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your application activity, lease transactions, and maintenance requests.

- How to Opt Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received from Timeline Properties LLC. If you access our Tenant or Admin Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected security incident or unauthorized access.

Our website and digital tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Timeline Properties LLC makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted website operation. In no event shall Timeline Properties LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital services.
